Opened since last May and managed by the Amar Ibiza Group, La Imprenta is a new concept of restaurant located in Ibiza that has taken and renewed an old printing house (the one in charge of printing the local newspaper for many years) and turned it into a restaurant opened for the whole year.
Mixing together French and Spanish cuisine, the proposal of La Imprenta is lead by Pablo Montoro, an experienced chef that worked with Ferran Adrià at El Bulli: fish and meat dishes, rices (don’t miss the ‘paella’ made with duck confit, foie, mushrooms and asparagus) and of course a great selection of cocktails and desserts.
Offered also as a unique space for celebrating private events, the building where La Imprenta is located is certainly one of its best arguments. Its base of neo-classical palace (dated XVIII century) has been decorated by Cristian Jesús Grossi, Ricardo Jorge Coelho and José Luis Bousono Rodríguez; and its different saloons make this restaurant a true door to the past in the island.
