When we talk about Nobook it is impossible not to mention its unique atmosphere. Kind of a mix between restaurant, a repair shop (because of the looks of their cookers) and a spacecraft, this project led by Chef Iker Erauzkin is located in the middle of Eixample, right in the centre of Barcelona.
After the success of Espacio Gastronómico UMA, this second project is a restaurant that brings tribute to street food, with an offer of 15 dishes that you can accompany with 15 different cocktails. Their menu is created with the aim of being shared, and it includes proposals with thai, english, japanese, mexican or peruvian influences.
A beef waffle with sweet potato, octopus with popcorn or their already famous ‘love soup’ (a soup of shrimps with coconut, cilantro and ginger served with shrimp dumplings and keffir lime) are only some of their unique proposals.
As important as the food is, their cocktail menu includes some classics such as Margarita and Caipirinha but also some strange (and very interesting) creations of their own.
Nobook, decorated in orange and with an industrial touch, is the perfect choice for those looking for a different gastronomical proposal, a mix of flavors from all around the world and a unique concept. Visit their website here.
